THEONI Bulk Order Policy

Thank you for choosing THEONI for your bulk gifting and corporate orders. Please read the following terms and conditions before placing your order.

Minimum Order Quantity

Bulk pricing is available only on qualifying bulk orders as approved by THEONI.

Pricing

• Bulk pricing is applicable only to the quantity confirmed and paid for in the original order.

• Once a bulk order is confirmed, the agreed pricing is valid only for that order.

• Any future or additional orders will be quoted at the prevailing prices and are not eligible for the previously approved bulk rate.

• Products added after order confirmation or payment will be billed at the current selling price unless otherwise agreed by THEONI.

Payment

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for bulk orders.

• All bulk orders must be 100% prepaid before production begins.

• Production will commence only after full payment has been received.

Production & Shipping

• Standard production and delivery time is 7–10 business days from payment confirmation and approval of personalization details.

• Express production or shipping may be available at an additional cost, subject to availability.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Personalization

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, spellings, and personalization details.

• THEONI will personalize products exactly as per the submitted list.

• Changes requested after production has started may not be possible.

• Replacement products required due to customer-provided errors will be charged at the current selling price.

Packaging

• Standard packaging is included unless otherwise specified.

• Gift wrapping or custom packaging is available at an additional charge.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Bulk orders are custom-made and are not eligible for cancellation, returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has started.

• Returns or replacements will only be considered if the products are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs, Opening video  and the order details.

Order Changes

• Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, modifications may not be possible.

• Any approved changes may result in revised pricing, extended production timelines, or both.

Offers & Discounts

• Gift cards, promotional codes, reward points, and other offers cannot be combined with bulk pricing unless explicitly stated by THEONI.
