Returns & Refunds

We are happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 15 days of delivery for store credit only. To process any claims regarding incorrect products, please make sure you provide the video proof of the product as received.

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. Please note that the return/exchange request will only be accepted once.

AT-HOME COLLECTION

You can request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchanges by writing to info@theoni.in or calling/WhatsApping our customer care at +91 9950422912 from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM IST, and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM IST. We’ll look into the issue and get back to you within 48 working hours. The amount deducted from your final credit note amount will be Rs 200 for all orders.
