Exchange & Return Policy

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE

  1. Exchange requests must be made within 6 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Products must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  3. Exchange is only applicable:

    • For a different size of the same product, or

    • To purchase a different product.

  4. If the new product costs more, you will need to pay the price difference.

  5. If the new product costs less, the balance will be issued as store credit.

  6. A handling fee of ₹200 will be deducted for every exchange or refund request.

  7. If your requested size or product is unavailable, store credit will be issued after deducting ₹200.

  8. Store credit is valid for 6 months (180 days) from the date of issue and can be used on future purchases.


IMPORTANT: UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIRED

To request an exchange for damaged, missing, or wrong products, you must:

  • Share a proper unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened in one continuous shot (no cuts).

  • Send the video within 48 hours of delivery to info@theoni.in with your Order ID and a short explanation.

Without this video, we cannot process such claims.


EXCHANGES/RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED FOR

  • Personalized or engraved products

  • Used, washed, or damaged items

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products without a valid unboxing video

  • Requests made after 6 days from delivery


EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • Once your return is picked up, a payment link for ₹200 (exchange fee) and any price difference (if applicable) will be shared.

  • After payment, the new product will be shipped within 3–5 working days.


REFUND POLICY (STORE CREDIT)

  • If you do not wish to exchange, you can opt for store credit.

  • We do not offer cash or bank refunds.

  • Store credit will be issued after we receive and verify the returned product.

  • A ₹200 deduction will be applied, and credit will be valid for 6 months.


AT-HOME COLLECTION

You can request an at-home pick-up for returns and exchanges by:

  • Emailing us at info@theoni.in, or

  • Calling/WhatsApping our customer care at +91 9950422912
    (Available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST, and Saturdays, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST).

We’ll review your request and respond within 48 working hours.
A fee of ₹200 will be deducted from your final credit note amount for all orders.
