Return Policy

We are always delighted to ship all the products that you love, but in case you don’t, not to worry. We will happily accept returns for unused merchandise in its original condition at the time of purchase.

For items purchased on Theonikids.com, we offer a full refund (with the exception of gift wrapping and shipping expenses associated with the order) if they are returned in their original condition within 7 days of purchase.

If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at nfo@theoni.in or +91 9950422912. We are happy to help you Monday through Friday from 10 am IST to 6 pm IST and on Saturdays from 10 am to 3 PM IST.

We don’t accept returns of the product which are on sale. We accept returns only if there is a Manufacturing defect in the products on sale. 

Refunds

To receive your refund for an item that you wish to return that you purchased from Theonikids.com within the last 7 days, simply write a mail or contact us at our numbers mentioned on the website regarding the issue and ship the item to:

The shipping cost of a returned item is at your expense. We recommend that you use a method that allows you to track the package, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Along with your returned item, please include the following information: name, address, phone number, the word “refund” and your original order number. As soon as we receive the item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will refund the credit/debit card used to purchase the item. Please note, it takes an average of two business days to refund a credit/debit card.
