Where are your products made?

The majority of our textile products are made are made at our manufacturer in southern India. They are GOTS certified and we personally audit them to ensure the working standards are to the highest quality for their team.

Why do we use Organic Cotton?

Organic cotton is cotton grown without the use of genetically modified seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, or any other synthetic chemicals, which are highly toxic and therefore, harmful to the earth, workers, and consumers. Our used organic cotton is softer, hypoallergenic, and lasts for a long time. But the most important benefit is protecting the ecosystem, reducing wastage of water, and ensuring a safer working environment for the farmers and manufacturers. Organic cotton is a sustainable and eco-friendly option to regular cotton.

What does GOTS certified mean?

GOTS stands for The Global Organic Textile Standard, which is recognised as the world’s leading processing standard for textiles made from organic fibres. All our fabrics and printing are GOTS certified and completely safe for your baby and children.

Why choose organic cotton over conventional cotton?

The quality of organically grown cotton is better than conventionally grown cotton. Because it is less processed and not treated with harsh chemicals (like chlorine bleach and formaldehyde) that can wear down fibers, organic cotton is often more durable than conventional cotton and softer in feel. Organic feel softer than conventional cotton because the threads that makeup cotton have not been broken down or damaged by chemicals used in their growing process, making their surface smoother and nice to the touch.

How do I track my order?

Our shipping department will provide you with an order tracking number where you can track your orders after they have been dispatched from our end.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, we can cancel any order that hasn’t yet left our warehouse.

Do you take up bulk orders?

When will i receive my order?

It depends on your location, but we usually deliver your order within 4-6 working days within India.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

The lead time between the placing of order and dispatch is 3-5 days.

  • Domestic Deliveries

We take approximately about 7-10 days (excluding Sundays & bank holidays) for deliveries, depending on your location.

  • International Deliveries

We take approximately about 10-15 days (except Sundays and bank holidays) for International deliveries.

How can i check where is my shipment?

You will receive a WhatsApp and e-mail or SMS with tracking details once the order is shipped. You can also write to us at contact @info@theoni.in or whatsapp us at +91 6375221897 for status.

Can i return or exchange my purchase?

We accept returns* within 7 calendar days of receipt of the product(s). Please whatsapp or email us at +91 6375221897 or contact @info@theoni.in

Please ensure that the products are in their original condition and packaging. Item(s) showing signs of usage will not be eligible for returns or exchange. We reserve the right to inspect the product(s) before processing returns or exchange. For eligible orders, reverse pickup from the shipping address will be free of cost.

How will I get a refund?

To initiate an online return or exchange, please contact the team by calling 9876543210 or email info@theoni.in. We will initiate an exchange or refund once we receive your return package and have checked that the products and packaging are intact.

Will all the items in my order be shipped as one package?

Usually, all products in a single order are shipped together.

Can I delay the shipment of my order?

If you wish to place an order but delay its shipment to a later date, please do so through our Customer Service Center. Call 9876543210 and one of our sales associates will be happy to assist you.

How long will it take to process my return?

It will take 7-10 business days from the time we receive the products back for you to receive a replacement or refund.
